Settling nicely back into the role of world famous pop star, Christina Aguilera showed off her curves in a figure-hugging ensemble as she stepped out in New York City on Tuesday afternoon (September 2).

The "Genie In A Bottle" babe was reportedly venturing over to Macy's for a promotional event, looking even sexier than she did prior to giving birth to her son, Max Bratman.

After finishing up with her duties in New York City, Aguilera will reportedly soon be among those to take the stage with a performance at the 2008 MTV VMAs on September 7th.

Also included in the ever-growing list of performers are the Jonas Brothers, Pink, Kid Rock, Kayne West, Rihanna, and TI.
